They pretend they're just “Having Fun” but don’t be fooled by their mockery. Bullies will say things like “This is how we’re gonna do it...end of story,” or “How can you be so stupid?”

They will make sure the whole office knows about your mistake and play it off like “it’s all in good fun” but in a serious way, you will be the one to hang by losing your job. They think that HR doesn’t exist and they can do whatever they want.

A Bully Boss:

• Is a former hoodlum who makes fun of their employees based on their own insecurities
• Is a bitch in disguise
• Thinks they’re tough until their victim fights back, then they become a whiny crybaby
• Tries to ruin your reputation behind your back or in your face
• Loves to torment people who can’t defend themselves
• Uses authority to torment, antagonize and traumatize the team to get them to work harder
• Interrupts and cuts people off in meetings
• Openly trashes someone's suggested strategy
• Publicly slams other internal teams and makes snide remarks to look like a know-it-all
• Is embarrassing to you in meetings yet they're tolerated to avoid conflict
